If your state isn’t listed, you’re still welcome to submit a request and we’ll honor it where we can.
How to opt out
You can exercise your privacy choices in any of these ways:
- Use our cookie / privacy preferences tool. Select “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Manage cookie preferences” in the banner or footer of our website to opt out of advertising cookies and tracking.
- Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you visit our site using a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request where required by law.
- Email us. Send a request to heather@sayitinfrosting.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please include your name and enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your records.

Verifying your request
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, and within 15 business days for opt-out requests under California law).
No discrimination
