We work with a national network of vetted bakers, so all you have to do is place your custom order and relax while we take care of (literally) everything else but the eating.

Our headquarters (where we handle order processing and printing) is in Hudson Valley, NY (yes, we enjoy the incredible view!) Our vetted, independently owned bakers operate across the United States.

We work with exceptional independent bakers across the country. To be a part of our baker’s network, they must undergo a vetting process that ensures they meet all requirements and regulations based on their federal and state laws.

Every order is lovingly hand-packed by the independent bakery preparing your order. We work with bakeries and multiple third party delivery services to ensure timely delivery .

Luxe Icing Art is the signature edible image created by the printing division of Say It In Frosting, to ensure every custom dessert design meets the highest standards of color, detail, and consistency, by printing in house, giving us full control over quality, color accuracy, and brand consistency before designs ever reach the baker.

Customers upload their custom graphic files such as .PNG, .JPEG, .TIFF, logos, photos, themed artwork, and personalized designs and our team prints them onto premium food-safe edible icing sheets using specialized edible printing technology.

Once printed, these custom edible images are sent directly to our trusted local bakers, who incorporate them into cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other custom desserts. This process ensures every order maintains a consistent, polished, and high-end finish while allowing our bakers to focus on what they do best creating fresh, beautiful desserts.

Every order placed is crafted with care by experienced bakers. We are committed to quality, accuracy, and presentation.

If your order does not meet expectations due to an error in quality or fulfillment, notify us within 24 hours and we will review the situation and work with the baker to provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund where appropriate.
